Coverage and Performance
Fabric is reviewed for stretch, recovery, opacity, pilling and care performance. Light colors and high-stretch areas can be assessed on the body during bends, squats and studio movement.
Fit and Size Development
Waistband height, rise, inseam, underband, strap position and coverage are recorded in the approved sample. Size grading is planned for the target market rather than copied from an unrelated chart.
Private Label Finish
Logo method, care labels, size marks, hangtags and packaging are approved with the garment so that bulk production follows one controlled specification.
